The wines of Andrew Jones have been featured at Carpe Vino in the past because he makes great wines at affordable prices.  His latest rendition of Fiction White is another great example.

Interesting dude:  Jones’ day job is has a “vine nursery employee,” giving him access to growers around the state.  He’s able to source small batches of terrific fruit and then produce limited runs of very interesting wines.

Winery Tasting Notes:  “Aromatic but crisp, Fiction White is like white peaches, green mango, served with Greek yogurt.  And sort of like gooseberry salt taffy, or limeade.  Think of camphor candies.”
