Palm Bay International is recognized as one of the top importers of wine and spirits from around the world, founded and operated by the Taub family for three generations.  Au Contraire Pinot Gris is the first brand it has developed from California fruit.

This pinot gris is vinted from fruit sourced from Clarksburg, Monterey and Sonoma-Carneros, adding layers of ripeness, flavors and structure.  It was vinted by veteran Tom Hinde, the founding winemaker for Yam Family Wines, owned by former NBA star Yao Ming.

Winery Tasting Notes:  “Color: medium lemon.  Aroma:  layers of floral notes are accented by intense and fresh citrus fruit and a hint of spice.  Taste:  crisp acidity and a clean, refreshing mouthfeel.  Pairs well with a variety of food including salads, appetizers, grilled vegetables, seafood, white meats or enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.”
