Chef Tim Dube & Pitmaster Spencer Smith hit a “HOME RUN” with their collaboration on the PULLED PORK PLATTER we have been serving during recent weeks. As many of you have purchased (and repurchased) that platter, you know the amount of food was insane and the quality/flavors were to delectable. With being on our “TO-GO” menu for over five weeks now, we thought it deserved a little break and we would try something new. Well, how about TRI TIP?!? Yeah, we know you can make this at home, but take ONE LOOK at the picture below (completely UNEDITED) and we think you might want to hit that “ORDER TO-GO FOOD NOW” button and take a break from cooking tonight, tomorrow or whenever you choose to indulge on this meal!
Each TRI-TIP is 2-2.5 POUNDS of perfectly seasoned, perfectly smoked and well, just perfect. The platter is overflowing with Chef Dube’s tomato mozzarella salad, sauteed French beans, potato puree, mushroom & caramelized shallot brown gravy and chocolate truffles. HERE IS HOW TO ORDER “TO-GO” FOR CURBSIDE PICK-UP AT CARPE VINO:
• Place order online by selecting items from the dropdown(s) below and completing all information requested at the bottom of the order form. ALL PRICES LISTED INCLUDE TAX
• Select your preferred pick-up time between 4PM-7PM.
• All orders must be placed online 45mins before arrival. Online orders will be accepted until 6:15pm with final pick-up at 7pm.
• All orders must be pre-paid and processed successfully before prepared.
ORDER “TO-GO” FOR “HIGGINS CORNER” DROP-OFF (5:15PM – 5:30PM)

• UPON CHECKOUT – Select “HIGGINS CORNER” Drop-Off
• All orders must be placed online by 3:30PM (no orders will be accepted after 3:30 for delivery).
