That said, we never thought it would be with renowned MOLLYDOOKER winery and owner/winemaker SARAH MARQUIS!!! Are you kidding me…the QUEEN OF AUSTRALIA wine in AUBURN, CA?!?! That’s right my friends Sarah Marquis will be here Saturday, June 8th @ 6pm in the Carpe Vino Wine Mine to guide 20 ticket holders through a tasting of FIVE different Mollydooker wines including;
2016 Mollydooker “Ms. Molly” Sparkling Shiraz –$28/bottle
2017 Mollydooker “Maitre D” Cabernet Sauvignon – $31/bottle

Chef Time Dube and Chef Olivia Poulos have already prepared an incredible 4-course menu that will definitely help absorb these BIG, BODACIOUS WINES. This family-style menu will include; Short Rib “Hand Pies,” Smoked Grouper Pastrami Salad, Papperdelle Lamb Ragu and Wagyu Top Sirloin. That was the “cliff notes” version of the menu, but trust us when we say that an “epic evening” will be an understatement.
