Plan Your NYE Celebration at Carpe Vino. . .Today!

Christmas is still 10 days hence and we’re talking New Year’s Eve already, but that’s the nature of getting a reservation during one of the hottest dining evenings of the year.  So here’s an early head’s up:  call the restaurant today at 530-823-0320 and grab your table now because as is our custom, we’re doing regular reservations for this very special, five-course, prix-fixe event.

On December 31, we’ll take a very measured approach to escorting Father Time to the back door.  We offer our customers an opportunity to enjoy a memorable evening without party favors, loud bands and the press of over-served revelers.  It’s a laid back affair, and 100% of our guests will arrive home safely to watch the ball drop in the privacy of their own homes, relaxing in the toasty comfort of their Dr. Denton’s.

Chef Alexander has created another imaginative menu, a tour de force that includes magnificent duck breast and filet mingon courses.  Check out the menu below. . .and we suggest you skip lunch on December 31.

Cost is $120 per person ++ and it includes a complimentary welcoming glass of NV Tattinger “Brut La Francaise,” a crisp an delicious prelude to your meal.  Again, to secure your preferred time, tap out these digits on your smartphone stat:  530-823-0320.  Opentable will not be available for New Year’s Eve Reservations.
