Our first week long prix-fixe was in 2011 and revolved around our five-year restaurant birth date.  This set price, four-course, multiple-option menu was designed to replicate the first menu ever at Carpe Vino (circa 2006).  The response was overwhelming, and the monthly prix-fixe series was born, continuing nearly every month (excluding December) for 5 years, ending January of 2017.
