National Hot Dog Day + Wiener Wednesday = Win

Today, Wednesday July 18th, 2018 is “NATIONAL HOT DOG DAY” and guess what…it’s the only day this summer with NO MLB BASEBALL BEING PLAYED!!!  That’s not going to stop us at CARPE VINO, because we have our famous Chicago Dog’s available from 4-9PM in the BAR!  To top top it off…you can score a PBR and COLLECTOR’S EDITION “CV WIENER WEDNESDAY KOOZIE” for only ONE BUCK!!!

What is on a Chicago Dog?  – It all starts with essential raw materials imported from the Windy City:  poppy seed buns, steamed before serving; all-beef Vienna brand hot dogs; neon green relish; sport peppers; dill pickle spear; tomato, onion and yellow mustard (French’s is traditional).  The secret ingredient is celery salt (plus Chef Alexander’s expertise); the poppy seed bun is essential.  Oh…and no ketchup.  Sorry!

So…whether you have had one of our dogs or not, today you should treat yourself to one of the best little secrets in town!  Available in the Carpe Vino Bar Only all “Chicago-Dogs” will be served w/ delicious and perfectly executed CRINKLE CUT FRIES!!!  Single Dog $7 or double down and do Two Dogs for $12!  AND YES…WE HAVE PLENTY TO GO ROUND!!!
